石婧，RAYBET雷竞技副教授。2011年在美国新泽西理工大学（New Jersey Institute of Technology）电子与计算机工程学院获得博士学位。分别于2003、2006年在雷竞技电信系获得工学学士、工学硕士学位。2011年7月到RAYBET雷竞技工作。2016年至2017年在美国内布拉斯加大学（University of Nebraska at Omaha）访问。
